With your candle and a lighter within arms reach, sit down and close your eyes.
Once you have settled, begin to notice your breath. Count each breath cycle of inhalation and exhalation silently to your self until you reach 10 full cycles. Feel your breath filling your body, oxygenating your blood, and lifting the crown of your head. Anytime your mind wanders, bring it back to your breath.
After the last breath of this Ten Conscious Breaths meditation, call on yourself using the MoG Invocation. Open your eyes. Light your candle. Be still, then stand, ready to go.
